I work from home so everything is positive.

We do not work with co-workers

I could do it from home.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for those that are under them. This company does not care for the people that make money for them.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel under valued because there are no benefits. You have to work very hard for what you do get and it can be taken away at any moment, without notice.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They can improve the company by taking care of those that work for them. Taking away their ability to work and then not even trying to help is a terrible way to treat the workers.
