Initially it took me a bit to adjust to the style and pace of the company, but coworkers and superiors helped along the way. There have been ups and downs, changes in personnel have caused delays at times. Overall, I am happy with the progress I've made and the growth I am now seeing in my team.

Getting issues resolved for clients and closing deals!

The transparency around the goals for the company as a whole, as well as each team that comprises it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are tight-knit and help each other out constantly, even across different verticals and roles. There is consistent communication and it is easy to rely on others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to make a higher amount based on performance, and the fact that the goals tied to it are easy to track progress on throughout the quarter.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is still possible to reach out to the executive team if needed, and actually get a response, unlike experiences at other companies where reaching out directly was not even an option.
