They hold regular all-hands meetings and generally take anonymous questions people are interested in. They do react and make changes when possible to the questions.

Fantastic health insurance, and the bonus for home office setup and stipend for Internet costs is very appreciated.

The ability to make a higher amount based on performance, and the fact that the goals tied to it are easy to track progress on throughout the quarter.
Being salaried and having consistent weekly payments is great, and having a healthcare plan that doesn't cost me a monthly fee is wonderful.

It used to be getting a lot of cross collaboration and learning opportunities. Now it feels like we're in execute hell with the execs breathing down our necks

The transparency around the goals for the company as a whole, as well as each team that comprises it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More transparency and trust. Lots of glossing over the litigation that is ongoing but there's only a handful of accusations being made which I think could be addressed head on.

I just want to see more transparency and trust from the very top. It can be difficult to help move the company forward when it feels like one political battle after another.
