It has been a lot different than I was expecting. I rarely do what I was actually hired to do, but it's been a really pleasant experience compared to alternative jobs. I hope to stay at the company for my entire career, although I highly doubt that I won't be let go randomly.

We work together really well to solve any problems that come our way. They're always committed to achieving excellence.

Having the freedom to work at times that work best for me throughout the day, and not being constantly monitored and yelled.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being salaried and having consistent weekly payments is great, and having a healthcare plan that doesn't cost me a monthly fee is wonderful.
