Completing something whether it's new code or a design, solving a problem, or helping someone else.

They move fast, communicate with Slack and all-hands meetings, and are focused on driving the company forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it is fully remote and people know that from the beginning so adapt to it right away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They hold regular all-hands meetings and generally take anonymous questions people are interested in. They do react and make changes when possible to the questions.
