We have been in transition and there have lots of moving parts. Also many rumors that there could be layoffs and possibly looking elsewhere for a job in the company. Due to leases being up in buildings and because many work remotely again more rumors we could be moving 5 mins or 7 miles or more.

People who are staying want to come to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
That normally in my position I can work at my own pace and my managers are confident I will get the job done. Although we have goals they know I do the best I can.
