Pay raises and stop worrying so much about the next quarters earnings.
Pay your people fair AND EQUAL... you treat your employees well then they will treat you well. And learn to talk more diplomatically to the entire company when discussing COVID.
Too much to list when you handle all of the responsibilities and your peers handle less than half. Standards/expectations/pay is NOT equal.
executive leadership team needs to enact the principles they talk about and quit thinking that only people with a consulting background are capable leaders

Realign the extensive values statements to what top leadership is going to actually demand from the top three layers then make sure it trickles down.
Maintain the standard working hours and the compensation should be if not less must be doubled promotional competition is far ahead of any discussion.
