It went quickly without too many layers of interviewers.

You meet with a number of important people in the interview process but they make you feel welcome and ask strong questions

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Tell exactly what the job role is and what the clear expectations are. If you want someone to be able to put in 50-60hrs or more a week, then you need to say that in the beginning.

I suppose they could give you an honest appraisal of what is required

Seemed like a lot. 2 video interviews and then an in person interview for an entry level position.

Ask relevant questions and be honest about the work environment and company culture.
