What are some of the best things about your team?
Good hard working people. Good collaboration.
Work together well and fair
The company does attract some magnificent talent. Unfortunately, many of the great talent leave after a few years due to lack of respect from leadership.
You can openly ask questions and receive honest answers.
My team js very supportive in each and every situation
The team works together and supports each other, the cross tram communication can be quite poor
There is a sense of comraderie however there is also ablot of turnover so it hard to build relationships.
Team is relatively polite and helpful when engaged.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Create a better environment to work
The culture is talked about a lot by upper management but when the rubber hits the road, there is no gas in the tank
Coworkers rarely speak to eachother and when they do they are complaining. I am the newest employee and no one has made an effort to get to know me at all. I sit in the office for 8 hours and maybe say one sentence a day to them.
Good people mistreated and ignored by upper management. Management's thought is that all employees are interchangeable.
