The Learning Experience is wonderful for existing dental assistance. They need to have mandatory training for new dental assistants at least one Saturday out of the month so people would know how to take Impressions and work the Overflow more thoroughly along with training x-ray time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my regional manager. As far the lead DA's In 2 office I know, have no experience causing folk to want to quit. They don't have enough experience to train nor lead anyting.
