I love my job and most of my patients and I love being able to bring positivity and comfort to patients who are most likely scared to be there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were easy to answer on the spot and my interviewers were very personable and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My medical insurance is great and my pay is also fairly high (for me) along with monthly bonuses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement we try to give each other and patients in the midst of the bad reputation of corporate dentistry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer great out of state and in state training opportunities and they are always very well planned out and all expenses are ALWAYS paid.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help patients get the dental care they need. Especially being there to see people go from being self conscious about their smile to non-stop smiling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us have been there for at least a couple of years and we all get along great for the most part. The best thing is our ability to be non-judgmental of each other. Also when it comes to patients and their dental work.
