From my experience, Aspen usually spends a lot of time and resources to teach those in leadership roles the skills needed to support their teams.

We're a family. We go in, do our jobs, and go home. We don't argue. We all understand each other's strengths and weaknesses.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match 401k, you have 3 tiers to choose from for medical insurance, they provide a $25,000 life insurance plan even if you don't sign up for benefits. I get three weeks of paid vacay plus PTO days.
