They are genuine, have worked hard and sacrificed much to build this company. Their desire to be the best shows in their dedication and investment in the organization and its people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The decor is modern and fresh. The people here are all very nice and willing to help others.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I love the people on my team, but our current seating arrangement is not conducive to collaboration or even general interaction.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a degree of inflexibility in work schedules that is unnecessary to the job function that make work and family life balance difficult at times. The ability to work remotely when needed without feeling guilty would be appreciated and would remove a great deal of stress.
