pay raises do not keep up with the fair market value of the positions worked. Been a part of Aurora for 10 years and have had all Exceeds or significantly exceeds expectations and still do not make the median pay for my position. Raises are always less than the increase of cost of living.

They are all talk and have no idea how departments are run.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Raises do not keep up with inflation or show appreciation when expectations are exceeded.
