Advocate Aurora Health Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leaders listen to their staff

They listen. but nothing seems to come of it.

She’s very understanding on the other hand nursing supervisors are very rude had an incident tod

I don’t know haven’t been there long en

They are really great !

My manager keeps me in the loop, and genuinely cares about my well being.

The leadership team is great

Collaboration, honesty, teamwork, supportive, follow through

The listen to what we need

They assist whenever I have questions.

They are okay but change and evolution needs to happen faster. Leaders need to work on retention and keeping team members, also leadership development in company

They listen to employees suggestions and input

They listen and respond. I never feel concerned about going to my one up for help.

Always there when I need them

They do a good job at discussing the things we as a team do well, things we can do better as a whole and they develop action plans to follow through to make this happen.

They are willing to help you always when possible.

Upper Management is very visible and accessible. Each facility has senior leadership that is present and interactive, as well as executives throughout the company that are very responsive to email and give reports regularly

The ones i have encountered have been really upfront, and worked with my ever changing schedule. They have been flexible for the most part, However they want employees to do things they pay their managers to do.

Leadership is the top notch

I like most of them

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything, they need to reallh y start to look who you hiring

Communication and teamwork. Let the bad employees go

Being unbiased and holding everyone to the same standard

The problem is there a lot of people that are over experienced where they have on the low jobs meanwhile they have people in management that have absolutely no experience whatsoever and making big decisions

My manager was extremely unprofessional and favored some employees in our department

Leadership. Aurora has changed so much since I first started with them and every response that I have gotten to work ethics, leadership, team appreciation, support, etc. is because the management has to "answer to the higher up". They do not support their own team in fear of losing their own jobs.

Staff your departments appropriately to provide quality patient care, which people aren't receiving.

does not show support and very disorganized

Review from Operations Dept

Showing respect for the work that is done that keeps the company alive - allowing health care providers to make decisions about their work environment and how it should be run.

Treating staff all staff with respect.

The entire management team needs to be trained so they can perform their jobs.

Too much to type so I'll say: EVERYTHING.

They work in obscurity. They have no interest in keeping a relationship with those who do the work.

Communication and keeping staff aware of changes as they happen, also everyone is on same page and script

need to be better at listening to employees

Hostile environment and this is acceptable by HR

Spending short term for long term benefits

Stop with all the "remote" work and show your face once in a while. Don't say one thing and then do another.

She is a power tripper and does not treat employees right also talks behind peoples back and dies not keep anything to herself!!

They need different leadership. People that actually care about the employees
