Advocate Aurora Health Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

There's nothing I like and dislike about interviews. Interviews will be an interview fear nervous about the questions and all these stuff.

its easily done and manager gets back to you sooner

everything on line. conversations with managers positive

It was done on a teams meeting

They are great they are great

That it was not drawn out.

it was a good experience

Upfront I was told there would be multiple interviews but they were remote and they gave many options to fit my schedule

The interview process is straight forward, when you hear from a recruiter, they are clear about the next steps.

It was fair and incredibly thorough

I changed fields completely so being asked how my skills could be inter exchangeable and what strengths would I utilize to transition into my new position. This made me know that I am a doer and my compassion to help others it what makes me valuable.

I liked that I was able to interact with multiple people in multiple departments during my interview process

There was a lot of questions and feedback, between the interviewing manager and I. The interview was informational.

It was virtual so it made it alot easier

It was virtual and everyone was engaged.

My previous supervisor that hired me was so amazing I couldn't wait until my offer came

It's been years so don't recall

The way it is Organized and how thorough it was

Truthful decent human beings at my new job.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

My interview process was ridiculous They lied about a lot of things I was supposed to receive I never did

It was over the phone, not even on teams!

Let your manager doing the hiring

Better recruiters seeking qualified canadiates

The interview process is too long

HR shouldn't sit and wait months to allow depts. to hire people.

Interviewed for a new position. Everything was fine until they gave our department a new Boss. She was on some power crazy trip. Job performance was meeting expectations, but she was a tyrant. Age discrimination is alive and well at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.
