That even through adversity's and major changes in staff and management we have managed to keep proactive point of views which i guess is really all you can ask for when your trying to make good changes. The people that are still here are willing to make changes as necessary and thats what I like.

Less defensive talking -more give on working together across departments. Part of the problem is how each department is budgeted. Management is encouraged to decrease the budget by a certain % each year & VP mgmt gets a bonus for coming in under budget. This causes friction b/n departments.

Managers should have their employees backs instead of appeasing the higher ups. Dedicated hard working employees get dumped on while the tattle tales soar.
Company meetings were all about saving money from the bottom up. Thus resulting in bonuses for the Supervisors.
