No matter what i do that is above and beyond i constantly have to prove that i'm working or have to be micro managed. Even though my quality and productivity is at 100 percent or better . My annual review isnusuay at meets intsead of reflecting my contributions to the team and to Aurora

The management team need to walk around talking with the team members, get out of the office. Eat lunch with the team members instead of treating us as inferior people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I personally want to be treated as a person. I need management to keep my updated on changes instead of finding it out from another team member. I don't want to discipline an under performer. That is not in my pay grade.
