It was average. Answered their questions and understood what was expected of me.
The coworkers need to trust their leads after the former manager who treated the whole department as idiots, most of the coworkers don't trust nobody.
The management team need to walk around talking with the team members, get out of the office. Eat lunch with the team members instead of treating us as inferior people.
I personally want to be treated as a person. I need management to keep my updated on changes instead of finding it out from another team member. I don't want to discipline an under performer. That is not in my pay grade.
