Was initially exciting and always looked forward to coming to work. Was able to contribute and received acknowledgment. Now it's more of looking forward to the end of the day and hoping to deal with attitudes and problems that shouldn't have happened

Almost everyone is fairly friendly and helpful
What makes you most happy at work?
Usually always busy but in a good way and mainly always up mood
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and communication Nothing seems to be shared with "lower" employees and although when employees are updated, it's all 'talk'
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No recognition from leadership, no proper communication from leadership, God complex from people in upper positions, no accountability from sales teams for their actions... to name some things
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
ability to keep an open mind, ownership of their positions, not what they can expect of their positions, acknowledgement of work efforts, when changes are made that others are made aware of them & not that everyone will just have to find out on their own & when they do, not to get blamed not knowing
