The best part is PTO
I am paid above market value in my position
Its a standard industry package
It's industry standard, not worse or better than others
Pay for hard work andgood work ethic. Instead is a pump and dump for bodies in roles
It takes a while to get up and running. The base salary is low comparatively

This is a pump and dump scheme. Between how they treat their employees and how they over purchase equipment for their clients
Treating million dollar sellers who skim off the customers like they're rock stars when they really are crooked as hell
