Great company to work for and grow in

Good people, not very organized though.

Overtly hostile environment. Top sales guy would post ridiculing memes on yiur cubical walls if your political views weren't right wing enough. Got called a snowflake in meetings for supporting LBGT issues.

Compensation is good if you work hard for it.

They are here to drive the business forward and have a good time along the way

Transparency and communication Nothing seems to be shared with "lower" employees and although when employees are updated, it's all 'talk'

Stop lying to the workers and protect them, treat them like humans not like numbers

I am paid above market value in my position

Its a standard industry package

It's industry standard, not worse or better than others

PTO, but some areas never use.

It takes a while to get up and running. The base salary is low comparatively

We are a family that wins together and loses together but we have fun along the way
