I've been a night auditor for over year. Haven't gotten my yearly raise yet. Don't get paid nearly enough for all the extra work tasks I perform. There's no health benefits, 401k , Paid time of , vision or dental insurance. It's not right and unfair to your employees and my children I provide for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop playing favorites with staff members, actually work on training employees on best Western training online . Stop giving employees bare minimum benefits for working years for a company to just get a pay check. How about 401k, PTO , vision and dental benefits for thier family
