The equity portion. All of our employees are given options, which allows people to have ownership and investment in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is genuinely very mission driven. They fully recognize that at the end of the day, we are helping to make homeownership more accessible!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The team was responsive and thoughtful. They always got back to me in a timely manner and made sure to answer all my questions fully, even if that meant staying 10-15 minutes after the interview time had ended.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, dedicated individuals who are genuinely invested and interested in one another. If I ask someone on my team a question, they go above and beyond to make sure that I have all the information that I need. We are very team-oriented and people are willing to help out whenever necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates. I have never been so excited to come to work every day and it is because I have the opportunity to work with kind, genuine, smart people. The growth and success of the company also make me very happy! It is amazing to see the rate at which the company is growing.
