I do not have a bad thing to say about Better thus far. I have experienced nothing but greatness and positivity since the day I joined this company.

The competitiveness of the compensation is going to keep employees happy to work hard and adds to the list of reasons to stay with such a great company long term.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I always know that I am in a safe space when I am amongst my team. I work with a group of people that are there for me 100%. I feel comfortable and supported by every person on my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If it's not a regular check in with my manager, it's a regular meeting with the company as a whole to keep spirits high and make sure everyone is mentally, emotionally, and physically in a good place. Not only to work but in life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so inclusive, intentional, and show that they really care about their employees. I've never worked for a company that has SHOWN how much they care about the well being of their employees and really set them up for success in the workplace and in life.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the confidence that any situation I encounter, whether I personally have the answers or not, I will be able to deliver excellent CS due to the overwhelming support from my team and company. The energy is always great and I feel like I get to learn something new and meet someone new every day.
