Open communication and sharing what can be shared much more openly then previous leadership team. We get much more visibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is more driven to be the same in HQ. however, some countries has different practices that places us in a much lower compensation then the market. Neighboring country has more benefits then where we are.
