I love this company. I enjoy getting up and coming into work. I hate when I have to work from home cause it's boring and I never get as much completed. As much as I like to company I wish we got paid better. It's hard to live a normal life with how the economy has and is going.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my manager Aimee Burlile is very fair and treats everyone equal. She will go out her way to help us even thought she has a ton of stuff on her plate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the company does things outside of work to get people involved. I also like that they listen to the workers and try different things to see how well stuff will go over. Ideas never feel like they are going on deaf ears.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. Everyone looks out for the other and helps each other anyway they can. There's no cut throating or trying to hurt someone else in the work force going on. We are all here to achieve a big goal and work as a team to do that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel with the economy growing we need to come up with more ways for people to get paid better on the work they do. Incentive programs for each department or having certain goals for each individual would be a great for people to know if they come in and work hard everyday they will be compensated.
