I'm newer here, but it's been great so far! My first month on the job they put me through a fandamentals training program with all the other new hires to learn everything about the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've always wanted to work at BAF! The people make me the happiest.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They openly communicate with the entire organization, not just each other or their direct reports.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is great to work with. They are all willing to take their time to help me learn so I can do well in my role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the general benefits, the PTO plan is great, plus the family leave program is awesome. Can't forget about the beer fridge for big sales days!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employee perks! I'm newer, so I haven't experienced much yet. But, I've heard great things about cornhole, family picnics, and trivia nights. It's really cool to work somewhere that cares about you outside of 9-5.
