I feel like I'm making an impact. Getting to work with some of my best friends is a huge bonus too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never heard of a company where executives have open doors and hold regular town hall meetings to discuss the state of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most folks are friends outside of work. Finding best friends and bridesmaids where I work is not what I expected when I signed my job offer!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The parental leave program! As someone who is starting to think about trying for a family it makes me feel so much better to work at a company that offers a great parental leave program. So impressed!
