I am not sure of the future of this company as this has been a very poor experience. I suppose they are just trying to expand as fast as possible in hopes to one day be bought out because the attention to employee well being, development, compensation is really neglected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were inexperienced, can't really say much more than that
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Caring. And experience at the executive level. Not just financial experience.
