What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The owners don't know what their doing, constantly micromanaging and piling the workload on us. You have to keep labor low but make sure the pizzas come out quick and keep guests happy. Pick which one you want, it's not my fault the company gives away so much free food.
Need new system for toppings maybe think about weighing pizzas instead or soemthing because im tired of being yelled at for our portions

The manager needs to enforce equal rights to employees. One should not work more than the other. Females get leniency in all they do begins he will flirt with them and they feed back.

Manager is spiteful, acts like a manager only when there are higher ups around. Keeps old vegetables and desserts, changes dates in foods. Taking food from store home at times.

It all starts with the Head which is the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager or the District Manager Of The Store and like I mentioned having crew meetings or Huddles before each shift and have Manager meetings as well so they can know what to do far as for their shifts
