What do you like best about the leadership team?

The communication and friendship within eachother

Very nice management and company

I have no problem with the store manager infact it'd be hard to have a rational reason to dislike them. BUT upper management can be have a severe lack of understanding, they will pull people away from their job causing the store to get backed up on orders, sometimes this isn't an issue.

They can be helpful .

Open to fredback and willing to try things to make the empoloyee experience better.

They welcome everyone and listen to their ideaa

Literally every aspect of working there was awful. Raul is a horrible district manager. Who played favorites with everyone. I wasnt trained properly and acknowledged it, then got penalized. Sexiest, only gave praise to the men working there. Fired multiple women just cause ?
