I have no problem with the store manager infact it'd be hard to have a rational reason to dislike them. BUT upper management can be have a severe lack of understanding, they will pull people away from their job causing the store to get backed up on orders, sometimes this isn't an issue.

The pay is lower than all the competitors and demands more work. New manager is great but owners don't understand how to run a business like this. The owners micromanage constantly on the cameras as if we're cheese criminals.
The position I have requireds me to multitask and make sure I don't miss even the smallest mistake (mostly other peoples). I work infront of an oven most of the day which is pretty exhausting and combined with my other responsibilities gets a little overwhelming and makes it easier to burn yourself

Everyone is always friendly and its almost never a toxic environment. That said however where I work there is one coworker that somehow brings out the worst in everyone and never does a complete job, that and they dont to it with regard to time, and they dont seem to be reprimanded for this either.

My manager only hired people who she liked personally and not who she thought would be a hard worker. If she didn’t like them because they had a different “social” life, they just wouldn’t be hired, regardless of quality

I got to talk to several different people. Didnt ask all pattern interview questions. Listened tonwhat insaid and we had good interactions.
It went deep to ensure only the right talent comes on board.
Not intimidating in anyway. The general manager makes you feel comfortable while interviewing, which I feel is super rare to find.
They don't really interview they just hire people on the spot without knowing who they are

The owners don't know what their doing, constantly micromanaging and piling the workload on us. You have to keep labor low but make sure the pizzas come out quick and keep guests happy. Pick which one you want, it's not my fault the company gives away so much free food.
Need new system for toppings maybe think about weighing pizzas instead or soemthing because im tired of being yelled at for our portions
