What are some of the best things about your team?
they are helpful to custmers
Everyone is always friendly and its almost never a toxic environment. That said however where I work there is one coworker that somehow brings out the worst in everyone and never does a complete job, that and they dont to it with regard to time, and they dont seem to be reprimanded for this either.
We are all friendly with eachother for the most part

There is no going back need a new trained crew
My manager only hired people who she liked personally and not who she thought would be a hard worker. If she didn’t like them because they had a different “social” life, they just wouldn’t be hired, regardless of quality

The manager does not hold meetings. He sits on the phone and with female coworkers while we work. He has complaints all of the time. He does not have employees clean.

Having Team work skills, smiles and greeting the Guests and work in a team together to get the people in and out and their dress code is very very bad to the point 1 young lady body part be showing because her jeans are too tight and shirt is too small and people can see her behind-crack its nasty
