I have mostly positive thoughts on working here. My coworkers and store manager have been awesome for the time I've worked here. Only big complaint would be how long it took to get my pay raise after taking a higher paying position which was extremely irritating.
What makes you most happy at work?
The coworkers and environment of the workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was mostly online and very simple to complete
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is relatively free to be themselves, and so theres a big difference in personalitys. There's almost never a time were we aren't getting along.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have no problem with the store manager infact it'd be hard to have a rational reason to dislike them. BUT upper management can be have a severe lack of understanding, they will pull people away from their job causing the store to get backed up on orders, sometimes this isn't an issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position I have requireds me to multitask and make sure I don't miss even the smallest mistake (mostly other peoples). I work infront of an oven most of the day which is pretty exhausting and combined with my other responsibilities gets a little overwhelming and makes it easier to burn yourself
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always friendly and its almost never a toxic environment. That said however where I work there is one coworker that somehow brings out the worst in everyone and never does a complete job, that and they dont to it with regard to time, and they dont seem to be reprimanded for this either.
