The location I was at would get bad Yelp reviews every single week. All the employees had attitude and took things personally.

Finding general managers that actually know what they’re doing. Treating their employees with respect and reason, instead of disregarding them when something goes wron
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manger hated interviews. She always wanted her shift leaders to give the interviews. This was because she was awkward and only wanted people who she could get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I was lucky to be liked at the beginning of my time at blaze, so when things were working out, the job was enjoyable. Unfortunately this only lasted a short amount of time
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My manager only hired people who she liked personally and not who she thought would be a hard worker. If she didn’t like them because they had a different “social” life, they just wouldn’t be hired, regardless of quality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was set to multiple stores without being asked and wasn’t being paid more. I applied to work at one location, if I refused to work at another store, my hours would be cut. I worked really hard every shift and never got shown any respect or appreciation, especially when we became understaffe
