i have had a postive experience for someone entering back into the field but the pay is at the low end of the scale. I have had jobs earlier in my career that had less skill required that paid better.

Everyone is treated equal no matter age, race, or gender.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a masters degree. They pay kids off the street more than me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need access to the systems to completee the assigned work on a more timely matter. Too much is locked down. Managers have no idea on how to get access for their workers.
