Management holds all the power over compensation. Performance Reviews are one-sided, and there is no real discussion or potential for advancement

We emphasize Collaboration and teamwork. We look out for each other.

We need access to the systems to completee the assigned work on a more timely matter. Too much is locked down. Managers have no idea on how to get access for their workers.

Everyone is treated equal no matter age, race, or gender.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Top management from the CEO on down need to be changed to people who really care about the firm more than lining their pockets at the expense of hardworking employees, most of which are long-term staff members and many of which are currently being manipulatively laid off.
