What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers are mostly incompetent and play politics to keep their gravy train going. Most of them are unemployable anywhere else so they manage with fear that is projected to subordinates.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was "promoted" with no raise in salary or title for over a year before they finally made a move. They took advantage of my loyalty and work ethic. Never again.

What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a camaraderie with coworkers and most looking for other jobs elsewhere. The longer you stay, the harder it becomes to find employment elsewhere.

We are under constant threat of layoffs. This started as soon as BNY bought out business from PNC Bank in 2010.

Work satisfaction, respect, vision on exploring on machine learning, artitifical intelligence & data sciences.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers are the root of the problems as they keep the toxic work culture going. A new CIO from outside is needed as the current one is too entrenched in the toxic culture.
