Management needs to have a strategy, communicate it. They need to stop the secret layoffs and get some talented management.

Self starters and individual thinkers. Unfortunately manager is a micro manager with no common sense. More concerned with font than content.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having a real strategy - laying off and bringing in new people doesn't do it. Stock down in an up market that tells you something.
