What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest communication. Treat everyone with respet.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being part of a large organization and knowing that soon in person meetings will take place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity of the organization, enjoyed Summer Hours last year and I do enjoy all of the people at Boomi
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lead believes they are a Supervisor vs. helpful resources, past Director didn't direct, but New Director feels like they are more hands on with everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to be able to get a few perks when you work remote as you don't get Corp. perks. A massage to relax, meal treats, virtual happy hours, special purchases, haven't received any boomi swag in a while. When you are remote, it seems you lose out a little.
