The culture and environment at Boomi is absolutely incredible and definitely one of the biggest reasons I wanted to work here and continue to want to come to work here everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are super open and honest with each other. I love that everybody respects each other and toes the line of having a good time and celebrating our wins while also working really hard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I contribute a lot to our team in addition to my own individual goals for the team/company and would really appreciate if I was compensated appropriately for that time and effort. I am hopeful a promotion will be around the corner.
