What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Too many things to mention...incredible company overall.
What are some of the best things about your team?

What makes you most happy at work?
I love my boss, Doug Merrill. I have a chance to solve unique problems every day. I'm always challenged and stimulated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I'm under market and am hiring new employees that report to me where I don't make much more than them. I'll probably have to leave Boomi if I want to increase my OTE. The options provided to RSD's aren't that flattering either.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm not sure about several areas of our leadership team yet. I think our HR has been poor for example. Our CEO has a lot on his plate but needs to learn our business before making impulsive decisions. Our transition is promising but frustrating for many of us, especially those who hire.
