Problem Solving! I know even the littlest contribution is appreciated, within my team and the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positivity and eagerness to share. Its a unique blend of individual's that are part of something larger that is defined.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is generous and bonus payout is based on company goals - really pulls together everyone as a team. Annual raises are super generous - even for those of us whose tenure is not as long as those in the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Patient and extremely knowledgeable - they are actually excited to knowledge share on any topic. This is true to the entire organization - I've actually had one on ones with high level sales leaders because I reached out to ask them to share information about their department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clearly defined line of sight on the larger goals of the company, and a unique (in my opinion) ability to implement these goals on a granular level, but at the same time allow each employee to "own it" - three is no micromanaging - very unique in this type of company!
