
My quota for the most part has been fair and when territory respected set to be able to be attainable which is greatly appreciated.
I have truly seen the "play for each other" motto of our company in action..it has only been recently that I have seen this change
we have a real passion for OEM and the value we can bring to our OEM partners and to Boomi through the direct growth of our partnerships
I really love Boomi and what I do. I have loved the culture and cooperation of other teams until recently but there is still a lot of that around.
OEM deals and territory is not being respected by the rest of the company like other territories would be. This is a relatively new phenomenon and I believe due to the rapid growth of the company and no real training on rules of engagement. I would like better leadership support
