The team I'm working with is what makes me most happy at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the get-go I felt like Boomi lets you be yourself. The leadership teams/managers really try to understand you and your personality and support you going into the direction you want.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I honestly don't care as much about the compensation and instead enjoy the international events and the effort the company puts into these much more. Also the fact that you can quickly evolve and grow at Boomi is what makes it a special place to work at.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At Boomi it's just as much about the people and the team as it is about reaching the company's goals. I appreciate that this is not only communicated to the outside but actually embraced inside the organization as well. Our leadership team certainly is a significant reason for that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I never experienced so much support in a company before. Literally everyone in this organization is ready to help. Due to the pandemic I've seen most of my team only once since I started at Boomi (at the SKO). I came back with the feeling of having new friends.
