Openness and inclusivity, I like that we are a collaborative company and at least perceptually everyone's idea is valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone contributes and we are a very collaborative team. The expectations I have for myself I can find in my teammates. We all make sure that everyone succeeds on our team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I see the efforts that I put into work bearing fruit. This is because there is no one person that closes business on their own. Everyone needs to work with their teammates to ensure a positive outcome. Boomi is a very teamwork based company and I love that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no clear understanding of why some people are paid more than me for the same job. Specifically people that do not have as much experience as I do. I don't feel that I am paid appropriately for the experience, leadership and knowledge that I bring to the table.
