Executing and exploring new ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with children-they make it positive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking about employees professionally. Being on the same page. Picking battles instead of calling out each little thing done wrong.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of gossip and hear-say that flows among my coworkers. Also, too much pre-judgement of new employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if vacation time was offered as a set amount of time each year rather than having to be accrued.
