I had a manager who consistently belittled me. It was an extremely hostile work environment. I would not recommend this job to anyone because it is a minimum wage job that has an age requirement of 18. This isn't a living wage and certainly isn't worth dealing with the poor management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New managment and well paid staff go a long way.

If your minimum age requirment is 18, you should be paying your employees a living wage.
