If you take all of my past work experience. My short time here has dwarfed all of my past in all categories. I feel valued, I learn, my contributions, good leadership, exciting challenges, a great product. Writing this all down, just doesn't do it enough justice. Come and see for yourself.

the engineering and product team works with ABSOLUTELY ZERO ego and it is the most supportive and encouraging teams I've ever worked on.

Learning a ton, getting to work with amazing teammates, working at a company that it's customers love, getting to be a part of the things that make our company and product better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent. Data is shared daily on company metrics. And at our monthly all hands, there is never a question from us employees that they handle with not only great care, but valuing the person behind the question. Vulnerability is valued here, starting at the top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO is truly unlimited. I don't feel anxious or nervous about taking time off I want/need. I'm motivated to crush it when I am working, get my tasks done and then take some R&R. Truly there is a huge sense of freedom and responsibility and ownership here that calls me to higher levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like the least smartest person in the room, almost all the time. At the exact same time I many times feel like the person most cared about; my opinion matters and is highly valued. The bonus is that when I'm surrounded with smart people who care, I learn more than I have in my entire career.
