The leadership team seems very forward-thinking, accessible, and they participate! They actually take time to meet all new hires, spend time with their teams, share knowledge and true enthusiasm for Calendly's product and people.

They are very transparent. Data is shared daily on company metrics. And at our monthly all hands, there is never a question from us employees that they handle with not only great care, but valuing the person behind the question. Vulnerability is valued here, starting at the top.
